The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information of individuals within the European Union (EU).

 

With effect from the 25th May 2018  we will be requesting your permission to securely store the personal details you provide us and ask if and how you would like us to contact you.

The information we gather is in relation to the treatments/services we provide and to ensure that there are no medical reasons for us to refuse treatment.

As part of the regulations Kirsty Vaughan has been appointed Data Controller and will be responsible for ensuring that data is stored correctly, securely and is not subject to misuse.

Any information we gather is not passed onto any third parties, however your personal contact information will be held Shedul which is our booking system.

At any time, you have the right to request the information we hold about you as well as the right to ask that this information be corrected or deleted.
